• Delivery times may vary; external factors such as courier delays or weather may impact delivery.

? International Shipping

• European Union (EU): As of July 1, 2021, all Lebanese sweets shipped to EU countries (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, etc.) are subject to special duties and taxes. Maximum order weight for EU shipments is 3 kg.
• Excluded Countries: We regret that we cannot ship to the following due to strict customs regulations: Kuwait, Turkey, Russia, Italy, Spain, Syria, Iraq, Palestinian Territories, Belarus, Armenia, Saudi Arabia.
• Additional shipping restrictions apply to certain Caribbean countries (e.g. Jamaica, Haiti, Barbados, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, etc.).
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged orders.
• Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
